Job Summary: Bangladesh Hearing Care and Speech Therapy Center is looking for a smart, sincere, and responsible Front Desk Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring they receive excellent service and assisting in the smooth daily operations of our center. Key Responsibilities: • Welcome patients warmly and manage the registration process. • Organize and manage appointment schedules efficiently. • Handle phone calls and inquiries received via Facebook/WhatsApp. • Maintain accurate patient records and databases. • Manage all daily administrative activities at the front desk. Qualifications & Requirements: • Education: Minimum HSC (Bachelor’s running/completed preferred). • Experience: Freshers are encouraged to apply; students are welcome to apply. • Skills: Good communication skills in Bangla and basic English. Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email). • Traits: Smart, well-presented, and customer-friendly attitude. • Proficiency: Ability to multitask and handle patient inquiries professionally.
