Job Responsibilities: • Welcome and assist parents, visitors, and guests in a professional and courteous manner • Maintain effective communication and coordination with parents, providing timely support and assistance • Handle front desk operations, phone calls, and visitor inquiries efficiently • Maintain routine schedules and ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations • Coordinate with different departments to ensure effective communication and workflow • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail • Maintain records, documents, and administrative reports as required • Ensure a presentable reception area and deliver excellent customer service at all times Experience: • Previous experience in front desk, customer service, or administrative roles will be preferred • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply Qualifications & Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in any discipline • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bangla (clear accent required) • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills • Presentable appearance with a professional attitude • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines • Good organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications will be an advantage
