Job Responsibilities: • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner. • Receive, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. • Maintain visitor records and manage the reception area. • Handle incoming and outgoing couriers, letters, and documents. • Coordinate meeting room bookings and visitor appointments. • Provide administrative support to different departments as required. • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times. • Perform any other administrative tasks assigned by management. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in any discipline/HSC • Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply. • Good communication skills in both Bangla and English. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). • Smart, well-groomed, customer-focused, and professional. • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
