Job Responsibilities: • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner • Manage the front desk and handle incoming phone calls and inquiries • Maintain visitor records and ensure proper reception procedures • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and schedules • Provide administrative and clerical support to different departments • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and documents • Maintain office records and ensure the reception area remains organized • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams • Support day-to-day office operations as assigned by management Experience: • 2–4 years of relevant experience will be preferred • Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage Qualifications & Requirements: • Bachelor's/BBA/Master's/MBA in Marketing or any relevant field • Female candidates only • Age: 25–35 years • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Professional appearance and positive attitude • Ability to build and maintain good client relationships • Team-oriented attitude with adaptability in changing situations • Basic proficiency in MS Office and digital communication tools • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently • Willingness to work flexible hours when required Salary & Benefits: • Salary: As per company policy • Attractive incentive policy
