Job Responsibilities: • Accurately create printable designs for T-shirts, cash memos, leaflets, banners, visiting cards, and various event materials. • Quickly and accurately type and format Bangla content as needed for design work. • Ensure file delivery in the correct resolution and CMYK mode according to press requirements. Requirements: • Minimum SSC / HSC pass (educational qualifications may be relaxed for experienced candidates). • Must have practical experience in relevant work. • Must be fully proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. • Must have good skills in Bangla typing on computer (Bijoy). • Must have a clear understanding of printable quality, color correction, and paper sizes. • Must know press work and be capable of preparing files suitable for press use.
