Organization Name: Nagarkabbo Position: Graphic Designer Job Type: Full-Time Work Location: Mohammadpur Salary: BDT 22,000 – 28,000 per month Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred, but not mandatory Experience: Experience with branding, social media design, and digital marketing materials will be preferred Job Responsibilities: Design visual materials such as logos, brochures, posters, social media graphics, banners, advertisements, presentations, and packaging Develop creative concepts based on project requirements and brand guidelines Create digital and print-ready artwork Revise designs based on client or stakeholder feedback Ensure all designs are creative, brand-aligned, and delivered on time Requirements: Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar tools Creativity and strong visual communication skills Basic knowledge of UI/UX design will be an advantage Familiarity with motion graphics or video editing tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, or CapCut will be a plus Strong time management and organizational skills A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects Understanding of file formats, print production, and web design basics Benefits & Perks: Gross Salary: BDT 22,000 – 28,000 per month Festival Bonus as per company policy — 150% of Basic Annual Performance Review Five-day work week Friday & Saturday off Attractive Leave Policy
