Key Responsibilities: Greet guests warmly and ensure a hospitable and friendly environment Address guest inquiries, requests, or complaints with professionalism and empathy Provide accurate information about products, services, or facilities Coordinate with other departments (e.g., housekeeping, maintenance, F&B) to fulfill guest needs Gather feedback and report concerns or suggestions to improve service quality Maintain cleanliness and ambiance of guest-facing areas Assist with check-in/check-out or service procedures (if applicable) Promote offers, loyalty programs, and special services Maintain guest records and track special preferences or recurring needs Always represent the brand with positivity, elegance, and enthusiasm ✅ Required Skills & Qualifications: HSC/Bachelor’s degree preferred (hospitality/tourism background is a plus) 0-2 years of experience in customer service or hospitality (freshers welcome) Excellent communication skills in English and Bengali Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure Tech-savvy with basic computer proficiency A naturally cheerful, friendly, and helpful attitude
