Job Responsibilities: • Ensure the personal safety and security of the employer and protect against potential threats. • Follow instructions from company management with honesty, responsibility, and professionalism. • Maintain confidentiality and protect the company's interests. • Remain alert and take appropriate safety measures in the event of potential threats. • Be mentally prepared to respond to threats or dangerous situations when required. • Maintain discipline, punctuality, patience, and vigilance while on duty. Requirements: • Retired or former members of the Bangladesh Army, Air Force, Navy, Police, or Ansar are preferred. • Candidates must be skilled, smart, disciplined, and physically fit. • Must have experience in the armed forces, police, or Ansar, preferably as a retired member. • Must possess a valid firearms licence. • Required firearm type: Shotgun or Pistol. • Must be trustworthy, honest, disciplined, patient, and responsible. • Must be capable of handling security-related responsibilities professionally. • Candidates must serve responsibly and honestly for at least one year. Benefits: • Accommodation will be provided. • Festival bonus: 50% of salary per festival, subject to completing three months of service before the relevant festival. • Annual bonus based on performance after completing one year of service. • One day off per week. • Additional leave of 3–5 days every three months for visiting home. • Salary payment between the 10th and 15th of each month.
