Job Responsibilities: • Hatchery-এর দৈনন্দিন কার্যক্রম সুষ্ঠুভাবে পরিচালনা ও তদারকি করা। • ডিম বাছাই, ইনকিউবেশন, হ্যাচিং ও বাচ্চা উৎপাদন প্রক্রিয়া পর্যবেক্ষণ করা। • বাচ্চার সঠিক লালন-পালন, স্বাস্থ্য ও ব্যবস্থাপনা নিশ্চিত করা। • Layer Farm-এর দৈনন্দিন কার্যক্রম ও ডিম উৎপাদন মনিটর করা। • Hatchery-এর তাপমাত্রা, আর্দ্রতা, পরিচ্ছন্নতা ও Biosecurity নিশ্চিত করা। • কর্মীদের কাজ বণ্টন ও নিয়মিত তদারকি করা। • উৎপাদন ও হ্যাচিং সংক্রান্ত রিপোর্ট প্রস্তুত ও কর্তৃপক্ষকে প্রদান করা। • খামারের স্বাস্থ্যবিধি ও রোগ প্রতিরোধ ব্যবস্থা নিশ্চিত করা。 Requirements: • ন্যূনতম HSC বা সমমান • 3-5 বছরের বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে • Poultry Hatchery • Layer Farm Management • বাচ্চা লালন-পালন • Layer Management • ডিম উৎপাদন ব্যবস্থাপনা Benefits: • বোনাস • মোবাইল বিল • অন্যান্য কোম্পানি সুবিধা
