Job Responsibilities: • Take technical ownership of the Insight AI Consultancy platform. • Design and develop AI Agents, RAG systems, LLM solutions, AI workflows and automation. • Lead both Frontend and Backend product development. • Oversee APIs, databases, integrations, authentication and cloud infrastructure. • Lead, mentor and train AI Engineers, Software Developers and ITES team members. Requirements: • 3–7 years of experience leading, mentoring or training AI Engineers. • Strong professional experience in AI Engineering and Full-Stack Development. • Experience with AI Agents, LLMs, RAG, AI Automation, APIs, databases and cloud infrastructure.
