Job Responsibilities Lead and oversee the organization's overall IT operations, infrastructure, systems, and technology services. Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and roadmaps aligned with business objectives. Manage IT infrastructure, including computer systems, networks, servers, internet connectivity, and business applications. Ensure the availability, reliability, security, and performance of IT systems across all relevant business units. Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and upgrading of hardware, software, networks, and IT equipment. Manage IT support services, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure timely resolution of system and user-related problems. Establish and enforce IT security policies, data protection measures, access controls, backup procedures, and disaster recovery plans. Supervise the implementation and maintenance of hospitality-related technology systems, such as POS, reservation, inventory, accounting, and property management systems, where applicable. Evaluate technology solutions and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency, service quality, and cost effectiveness. Manage IT projects, vendor relationships, software licenses, procurement, budgets, and technology-related expenditures. Develop and maintain IT documentation, standard operating procedures, technical guidelines, and asset inventories. Lead, mentor, and evaluate IT team members while ensuring effective workload distribution and professional development. Coordinate with management and other department heads to identify technology requirements and deliver appropriate IT solutions. Monitor system performance, identify operational risks, and implement preventive measures to minimize downtime. Ensure compliance with relevant IT policies, cybersecurity practices, software licensing requirements, and applicable regulations.
