Job Responsibilities: • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. • Focus on external sales activities, including client visits, networking, presentations, and business meetings. • Identify and secure new business opportunities from corporate clients, real estate developers, architects, contractors, and commercial organizations. • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure timely conversion of leads into projects. • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service presentations to prospective clients. • Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals. • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders. • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business. • Address client concerns and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions effectively. • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve performance targets. • Set clear KPIs and monitor individual and team performance. • Provide coaching, training, and guidance to improve sales effectiveness. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. • Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships. • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions. Requirements: • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field from a reputed Public University or recognized Private University. • Minimum 6-10 years of relevant sales and business development experience. • At least 3 to 4 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role. • Age minimum 35 to 45 years. • Experience in Interior Design Consultancy, Architecture, Construction, Real Estate, Building Materials, Home Décor, or related industries will be highly preferred. • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets through external sales activities. • Excellent networking, negotiation, and closing skills. • Proven abili
