1. Oversee and coordinate day-to-day hospital operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. 2. Supervise administrative, operational, and support functions of the hospital. 3. Coordinate with doctors, nurses, administrative staff, and other departments for effective hospital operations. 4. Monitor patient service quality and take necessary initiatives to improve patient satisfaction. 5. Manage operational issues, resolve day-to-day challenges, and ensure timely corrective actions. 6. Monitor staff performance, discipline, attendance, and overall workplace efficiency. 7. Prepare and maintain operational reports and provide regular updates to management. 8. Ensure proper utilization of hospital resources and maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment. 9. Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the management.

  • Experience: 3-7 years
  • Skill: 1. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. 2. Good knowledge of hospital operations and administrative procedures. 3. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure. 4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. 5. Proficiency in MS Office and relevant hospital management systems will be an advantage.
