Job Responsibilities: Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas according to resort standards. Change bed linens, towels, and replenish guest amenities as required. Ensure rooms are properly prepared before guest check-in. Report maintenance issues, lost and found items, or damages to the supervisor. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards at all times. Assist guests with housekeeping-related requests in a professional manner. Handle cleaning equipment and supplies responsibly. Perform other duties assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor or Management. Candidate Requirements: Previous experience in the relevant field is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Positive attitude and professional appearance.
