Job Details
1. Maintain and update all compliance & HR -related documentation and records.
2. Ensure the factory complies with all applicable labor laws, buyer standards and internal policies.
3. Conduct regular audits, inspections and training sessions to uphold compliance and safety standards.
4. Should have well-experience BSCI, WRAP, SEDEX, C-TPAT, RSC, Better work, Higg etc.
5. Handle disciplinary procedures, grievances and employee relations professionally.
6. Prepare compliance reports for management and buyer audits.
7. Any other work assigned by the authority.
