Job Responsibilities: • Support the recruitment team in sourcing and attracting qualified candidates • Screen CVs and maintain candidate pipelines for ongoing hiring needs • Assist in conducting reference checks and interview coordination • Maintain employee files, HR documents, and database records • Assist with onboarding activities for newly hired employees • Help prepare HR-related documents, letters, and reports • Participate in employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives • Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by supervisors Experience: • Fresh graduates and students nearing graduation are encouraged to apply • No prior work experience is required Requirements: • BBA/MBA in HRM or a relevant field (Running or Completed) • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Basic understanding of HR policies, recruitment, and employee lifecycle • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
