Job Responsibilities: • Manage and oversee all hub operations activities. • Ensure timely receiving, sorting, dispatch, and delivery of parcels. • Monitor operational performance and maintain service quality standards. • Supervise riders and hub staff, ensuring proper manpower utilization. • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports. • Coordinate with regional and central teams to resolve operational issues. • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures. • Handle customer and stakeholder escalations when required. • Support daily hub operations, including parcel receiving, sorting, and dispatch. • Update shipment information in the operational system accurately. • Monitor parcel movement and report any discrepancies. • Coordinate with riders and other operational teams to ensure smooth operations. • Maintain operational records and documentation. • Assist in inventory and asset management at the hub. • Follow company SOPs and operational guidelines. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution. • 1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management. • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. • Bachelor's degree or ongoing graduation. • Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office. • Good communication and coordination abilities. • Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment. • Prior logistics or operations experience will be an added advantage. • Supply Chain Management Certification • Logistics & Transportation Management Certification • Operations Management Certification • Advanced Microsoft Excel Certification • Data Analysis & Reporting Certification • Project Management Certification (PMP/CAPM – Preferred) • Occupational Health & Safety Certification • Customer Service Excellence Certification
