Educational Qualification • B.Sc. in Textile Engineering Experience • 3–4 years of relevant experience in garments IE department • Woven garments factory experience will be preferred Key Responsibilities • Conduct time study, method study, and capacity analysis • Prepare operation breakdown and line balancing • Monitor production efficiency and identify improvement areas • Support production team to achieve target output • Analyze manpower, machine, and process requirements • Prepare IE reports and share with concerned departments • Work closely with planning, production, and quality teams • Ensure productivity improvement and process optimization Salary • Negotiable
