***Key Responsibilities*** Implant Marketing & Sales -Promote and market surgical implants, instruments, and related medical devices to hospitals, clinics, and surgeons. -Develop and maintain professional relationships with Orthopedic, Neurosurgery, Spine, General Surgery, and other relevant surgeons. -Visit hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities regularly to generate new business opportunities. -Communicate product features, specifications, applications, and benefits to healthcare professionals. -Follow up with doctors, hospitals, purchase departments, and distributors regarding product requirements and orders. -Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. -Prepare quotations, collect orders, and coordinate product delivery when required. -Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer feedback. OT Assistance -Provide OT support during surgical procedures as required by the company and hospital. -Ensure required implants, instruments, and accessories are available before surgery. -Coordinate with surgeons, OT staff, hospital representatives, and internal teams. -Assist with proper identification and preparation of implants and surgical instruments. -Maintain accurate records of implants used during procedures. -Ensure proper handling, transportation, and storage of implants and instruments. -Provide basic product-related technical support during surgery while following hospital OT protocols and company guidelines. -Report post-surgery product usage, requirements, and feedback to the concerned department.
