We're Hiring: Customer Support Executive at MindSheba!

MindSheba, Bangladesh's leading mental health platform, as a Customer Support Executive!
Position: Customer Support Executive
Location: Banani, Dhaka (Office-based)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Weekly Off: Friday
Salary: 12,000 - 15,000 BDT (Negotiable based on experience)
Who Can Apply?
Students currently enrolled in any discipline, any university, including running National
University students
Excellent communication skills in Bangla and English
Friendly, patient, and customer-oriented attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive mindset
Prior experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory
What You'll Do:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
Assist clients in booking counselling and therapy sessions
Provide timely support and information about our mental health services
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
