Job Title: Quality Checker Location: Plot-03, Factory Road, Shampur, Kadamtali, I/A, Dhaka-1204 Employment Type: Full-time Department: Quality Assurance / Quality Control Reporting To: Line Supervisor / Quality In-Charge Job Summary: We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Quality Checker to ensure that products meet the required quality standards before being moved to the next stage of production or delivery. The ideal candidate will monitor product consistency, spot defects, and help maintain overall product quality. Key Responsibilities: Inspect products during different stages of production Identify and report any defects, damages, or inconsistencies Ensure that production standards and specifications are strictly followed Tag and separate defective items for correction or rejection Maintain daily quality check reports and update records Work closely with the production team to resolve quality issues Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area Follow all company safety and quality guidelines Requirements: Minimum education: SSC or equivalent Previous experience in a quality checker or related role is preferred Good observation skills and attention to detail Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Basic knowledge of quality standards in manufacturing Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
