Senior Mechanic (Maintenance)

Senior Mechanic is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and optimization of all sewing, cutting, pressing, and finishing equipment in the garment production facility. This role ensures machinery operates at peak efficiency to minimize downtime and support high-quality garment production. The senior mechanic also provides technical support to operators and junior mechanics and plays a key role in preventive maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.
