Job Responsibilities: • নির্ধারিত এলাকার ডিলার, ডিস্ট্রিবিউটর ও শোরুম নিয়মিত ভিজিট করে বিক্রয় বৃদ্ধি করা। • নতুন ডিলার ও কাস্টমার তৈরি এবং বিদ্যমান ডিলারদের সঙ্গে সুসম্পর্ক বজায় রাখা। • নিয়মিত মার্কেট ভিজিটের মাধ্যমে বাজারের চাহিদা, প্রতিযোগী পণ্য, মূল্য ও বাজার পরিস্থিতি পর্যবেক্ষণ করা। • ডিলার ও কাস্টমারের কাছ থেকে অর্ডার সংগ্রহ করা এবং পণ্য সরবরাহের জন্য সংশ্লিষ্ট বিভাগের সঙ্গে সমন্বয় করা। • পণ্যের ডেলিভারি ও Payment/Collection নিয়মিত ফলোআপ করা। • নির্ধারিত মাসিক ও বার্ষিক Sales Target অর্জন করা। • মার্কো পোলো ও মিলানো ব্র্যান্ডের স্যানিটারি ওয়্যারের বৈশিষ্ট্য সম্পর্কে ডিলার ও কাস্টমারকে জানানো। • নিয়মিত মার্কেট রিপোর্ট, Sales Update ও Customer Feedback প্রদান করা。 Requirements: • স্বীকৃত বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় থেকে স্নাতক বা সমমানের ডিগ্রি। • 2-5 বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা। • Sanitary Ware, Tiles, Building Materials বা সংশ্লিষ্ট পণ্যের Sales/Marketing অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার। • চমৎকার Communication ও Customer Management Skill। • Dealer, Showroom ও Customer-এর সঙ্গে কার্যকর সম্পর্ক বজায় রাখার সক্ষমতা। • নিয়মিত মাঠ পর্যায়ে কাজ ও ভ্রমণের মানসিকতা। • Target-oriented, উদ্যমী ও দায়িত্বশীল হতে হবে। • সংশ্লিষ্ট এলাকার Market সম্পর্কে ধারণা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার। Benefits: • TA/DA: কোম্পানির নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী। • Provident Fund ও Service Benefit: কোম্পানির নীতিমালা ও প্রচলিত আইন অনুযায়ী।
