Job Responsibilities: • নির্ধারিত এলাকার Dealer, Distributor ও Showroom নিয়মিত Visit করা। • নতুন Dealer ও Customer তৈরি এবং বিদ্যমান Customer-এর সঙ্গে সুসম্পর্ক বজায় রাখা। • Market Visit-এর মাধ্যমে বাজারের চাহিদা, Competitor Product ও Price পর্যবেক্ষণ করা। • Dealer/Customer-এর কাছ থেকে Order Collection করা। • Delivery ও Payment/Collection নিয়মিত Follow-up করা। • নির্ধারিত Sales Target অর্জন করা এবং Sales Growth-এর জন্য কার্যকর পরিকল্পনা গ্রহণ করা। • মার্কো পোলো ও মিলানো ব্র্যান্ডের স্যানিটারি ওয়্যারের পণ্যের বৈশিষ্ট্য Customer-এর কাছে তুলে ধরা। • নিয়মিত Sales Report, Market Update ও Customer Feedback প্রদান করা। Requirements: • স্বীকৃত বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় থেকে স্নাতক বা সমমানের ডিগ্রি。 • 2-5 বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা。 • Sanitary Ware, Tiles, Building Materials বা সংশ্লিষ্ট পণ্যের Sales/Marketing অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার。 • চমৎকার Communication ও Customer Management Skill。 • Dealer, Distributor ও Showroom-এর সঙ্গে কার্যকর সম্পর্ক বজায় রাখার সক্ষমতা。 • নিয়মিত মাঠ পর্যায়ে কাজ ও ভ্রমণ করার মানসিকতা。 • উদ্যমী, দায়িত্বশীল ও Target-oriented হতে হবে。 • সংশ্লিষ্ট এলাকার Market সম্পর্কে ভালো ধারণা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার。 Benefits: • TA/DA: কোম্পানির নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী। • Provident Fund ও Service Benefit: কোম্পানির নীতিমালা ও প্রচলিত আইন অনুযায়ী।
