Job Requirements - Operate label and sticker printing machines independently, including setup, running, and basic troubleshooting of jams or print quality issues. - Must be able to read and follow provided designs, size charts, and specifications to prepare accurate print jobs; verify color, alignment, size, and clarity before completing each batch. - Maintain a daily record of all printed items, including quantity, job type, and completion status; report any material shortages or machine faults to the supervisor immediately. - Inspect finished output against the approved sample and reject defective prints; handle cutting, stacking, and basic finishing of printed sheets when required. - Keep the printing area clean and dust-free, and perform routine cleaning and minor upkeep of equipment after each shift. - This is a factory-floor role in Gazipur; candidates must be comfortable standing for long periods and available for regular shift work. - Coordinate with the production and packaging departments for print requests, confirm deadlines, and ensure all jobs are completed on time. - Be responsible with materials, avoid wastage, and follow all safety and hygiene rules; those with prior experience in any printing or packaging unit will be preferred.
