Job Details
Position: Management Coordinator
Department: Administration / Management Support
Salary: Negotiable, based on experience
Primary Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
• Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements of senior management
• Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and minutes
• Follow up on action points and ensure timely completion
• Maintain confidential records, documents, and correspondence
Coordination & Communication
• Act as a liaison between management and internal departments
• Coordinate with external stakeholders, clients, vendors, and business partners
• Ensure effective information flow across the organization
• Assist in resolving administrative and operational issues
Project & Task Management
• Monitor ongoing projects and management initiatives
• Track deadlines and provide regular updates
• Coordinate cross-functional activities
• Prepare status reports and performance updates
Documentation & Reporting
• Prepare management reports and official documents
• Maintain physical and digital filing systems
• Collect, analyze, and compile data
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and document control
Operational Support
• Assist in administrative procedures and policies
• Coordinate events, meetings, workshops, and management visits
• Support budget monitoring and procurement coordination
• Perform other duties assigned by management
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s & Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, HRM, or related field
Experience
• 2–5 years of relevant experience
• Experience with senior management preferred
Skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Report, presentation, and business correspondence skills
• Problem-solving, multitasking, analytical, and coordination skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Fluency in English and Bangla
