Job Responsibilities: • Ensure product quality from cutting to finishing stage in line with buyer requirements. • Conduct inline, midline, and final inspections to control defects and maintain AQL standards. • Monitor daily quality performance in sewing, finishing, and packing sections. • Identify defects and take immediate corrective actions to minimize rework and rejection. • Coordinate closely with Production, IE, and Finishing teams to ensure consistent quality output. • Support internal and external audits and maintain audit readiness at all times. Requirements: • Education: Bachelor / Honors • Experience: 6-10 Years (Manager), 3–5 years (Executive) • Age: 25–45 years • Prior experience in the RMG sector will be considered an advantage. • Proficiency in advanced office applications is highly preferred.
