The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing operational policies, SOPs, and best practices across the company. Key duties include overseeing daily operations, improving processes for productivity, supervising budgeting and financial activities, and ensuring compliance with tax, audit, and banking requirements. On the administrative side, the role includes managing HR activities such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and performance management while maintaining adherence to labor laws and internal policies. The candidate will also handle office infrastructure, procurement, travel logistics, facilities, IT support, records, licenses, and event coordination. Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, with proven experience in operations, finance, and administration—preferably within consulting or advisory firms. Professional qualifications such as CA-Partly Qualified, ITP, VAT Consultant, or practicing Advocate will be preferred. Proficiency in ERP or accounting tools (like QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle), along with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities, are essential. Knowledge in compliance, risk management, and corporate governance is highly valued. The ideal candidate should be between 35 to 45 years of age, male or female, and possess high levels of integrity, dedication, and professionalism. The job is based in Dhaka, although occasional travel across Bangladesh may be required. Salary is negotiable for exceptional candidates, and the compensation package includes travel and mobile allowances, partially subsidized lunch, yearly salary reviews, two yearly festival bonuses, and special performance-based benefits.
