Job Details
Lead worker recruitment, management, and industrial relations functions for a large textile mill. Responsible for ensuring adequate worker supply, maintaining harmonious worker-management relations, supporting operational departments in managing worker-related issues, recruiting workers and operators, maintaining worker database and manpower pipeline, resolving worker-related issues, monitoring attendance, discipline, productivity, turnover, retention, conducting grading and performance evaluations, counseling workers on wages, overtime, leave, holidays, attendance, benefits and company policies, implementing labor laws and disciplinary procedures, and analyzing labor market intelligence in the spinning or textile sector.
