Job Responsibilities: • Lead plant operations, production planning, and execution activities • Develop and manage monthly, weekly, and daily production schedules • Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, materials, and production capacity • Monitor inventory, material availability, and factory store operations • Coordinate with QA, QC, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Maintenance teams • Maintain SAP/ERP transaction accuracy and operational reporting • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Management, or a relevant discipline • 8+ years of experience in manufacturing or plant operations • Strong knowledge of production planning, MRP, inventory management, and SAP/ERP systems • Proven leadership and stakeholder management capabilities • Experience in Agrochemical, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, or FMCG manufacturing environments preferred • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and operational decision-making skills Benefits: • Competitive salary package • Performance-based incentives and career advancement opportunities • Festival bonuses and other company benefits as per policy • Opportunity to lead large-scale manufacturing operations in a growing organization
