Strong knowledge of garments machinery market trends, regulations and laws; Strongly understand about the functions of garments machinery and the specifications of company product; Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales targets, including identifying target markets, setting sales goals, and creating marketing plans; Conducting market research and analyzing data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement; Identify the real customers and establish contact with potential customers; Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, including following up on leads, negotiating contracts, and closing deals; Develop and implement training programs that teach sales members how to get customers with continual coaching; Responsible maintaining relationships with repeat clients to keep them satisfied and promote future business opportunities and referrals; Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team; Willingness to work beyond general working hours; Any assignment assigned by the superior authority.
