Position Manager – Compliance Factory Location Jamirdia, Valuka, Mymensingh Key Requirements • Master’s degree in any discipline • Minimum 10–12 years of experience in Compliance Department • Proper knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law, Bangladesh Labor Rules, ILO Convention & Buyers’ Code of Conduct • Strong knowledge of social compliance, safety compliance, audit preparation and factory compliance operations • Good leadership, communication and documentation skills Key Responsibilities • Implement Buyer COC, labor law and international compliance standards • Lead and manage the overall compliance function of the factory • Prepare and implement company policies and procedures • Handle all RSC (RMG Sustainability Council) inspections, remediation activities, follow-up actions and documentation • Ensure proper understanding and implementation of social compliance, fire & electrical safety, building safety, environmental compliance and occupational health & safety • Maintain social, ethical and legal compliance documentation • Prepare factory for buyer and third-party audits, including: PRIMARK, LIDL, KIK, TAKKO, MAX DUBAI, WALMART, BSCI, SEDEX, SCS, ICS, BCI, SLCP, GOTS, GRS, NIRAPON • Conduct internal audits and develop Corrective Action Plans (CAP) • Conduct risk assessments and compliance checks to identify and resolve non-compliance issues • Ensure health & safety as well as employee welfare compliance • Perform proper Root Cause Analysis (RCA) • Conduct regular visits to factory locations, production facilities and client offices to inspect operations, identify risks and ensure compliance alignment • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen the company’s overall compliance culture and sustainability • Conduct compliance trainings and support grievance handling • Support senior management in developing and implementing compliance strategies • Liaison with government bodies such as DIFE, Fire Service and Civil Defense, local authorities and third-party auditing firms
