Job Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. • Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads to achieve company targets. • Promote the company's software products and services while providing suitable solutions to clients. • Conduct market research and monitor competitors' activities. • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals. • Ensure timely collection of customer payments. • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction. • Visit clients regularly and maintain updated customer records. • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management. • Achieve assigned individual and team sales targets. • Handle customer inquiries and complaints while providing prompt resolutions. • Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns. • Develop sales strategies and action plans to increase revenue. • Analyze sales performance and recommend improvements. • Support management in sales forecasting and business planning. • Maintain compliance with company policies and professional ethics. Experience: • 3–7 years of relevant sales experience is required. • Candidates with experience in the Software and Technology industry will be given preference. Educational Qualifications: • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a recognized university. Qualifications & Requirements: • Age must be between 26–45 years. • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. • Excellent presentation and communication skills. • Ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure. • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills. • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently. • Experience in software and technology sales is highly preferred.
