Job Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event partners, and business accounts. • Promote and sell resort services, including accommodation, F&B, events, weddings, meetings, and corporate packages. • Generate leads, identify new business opportunities, and convert prospects into long-term clients. • Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, quotations, proposals, negotiations, and business communications. • Achieve assigned sales, occupancy, F&B, and event revenue targets. • Conduct client meetings, corporate visits, presentations, sales calls, and business development activities. • Maintain updated client databases and track leads, sales performance, conversions, and customer feedback. • Coordinate with Front Office, Reservations, F&B, Events, and Operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery and guest satisfaction. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer preferences, and promotional opportunities to support business growth. • Develop marketing campaigns, corporate partnerships, promotional activities, and packages to increase resort visibility and revenue. • Support digital marketing and social media activities when required. • Represent the resort at trade fairs, corporate events, networking sessions, and tourism-related events. • Prepare regular sales and performance reports and perform other duties assigned by management. Requirements : • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bangla. • Strong negotiation and presentation skills. • Good customer relationship management and client-handling skills. • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms. • Proficiency in MS Office and online communication tools.
