Job Responsibilities: • Promote the company's security and outsourcing services to potential clients. • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with corporate clients. • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends. • Develop and execute marketing plans to generate leads and increase brand awareness. • Meet sales and client acquisition targets through effective marketing activities. • Handle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. • Coordinate and conduct walk-in interviews and recruitment campaigns. • Communicate with job seekers regarding interview schedules, job requirements, and onboarding procedures. • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records accurately. • Build relationships with clients to understand their manpower requirements and provide suitable hiring solutions. • Prepare daily and weekly marketing and recruitment reports for management. • Represent the company professionally during client visits, job fairs, and recruitment events. • Ensure effective communication with clients, candidates, and internal teams. • Perform other marketing and recruitment-related tasks assigned by management. Requirements: • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Good interviewing and candidate assessment abilities. • Marketing and client relationship management skills. • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, Internet). • Ability to work independently and achieve assigned targets.

  • Minimum education: HSC
  • Experience: Not required
