Job Responsibilities: * Handle telesales activities for MCA (Merchant Cash Advance) services. * Make outbound calls to business owners in the USA. * Communicate with potential clients and explain loan-related services. * Guide US business owners through the loan process. * Process required paperwork and ensure proper documentation. * Follow up with potential and existing clients. * Handle international telemarketing and B2B calling activities. * Meet sales targets and maintain professional communication with clients. * Work under pressure while maintaining punctuality and professionalism. Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of experience in MCA (Merchant Cash Advance) chasing. * At least 2 years of previous telesales experience. * Experience in Call Center or International Call Center operations. * Fluency in English is mandatory. * Prior experience in international telemarketing is required. * Strong communication and cold-calling skills. * Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls. * Ability to work under pressure and maintain punctuality. * Applicants without telesales experience are requested not to apply. * Applicants without English fluency are requested not to apply.
