Job Responsibilities: • Handle telesales activities for MCA (Merchant Cash Advance) services. • Make outbound calls to business owners in the USA. • Communicate with potential clients and explain loan-related services. • Guide US business owners through the loan process. • Process required paperwork and ensure proper documentation. • Follow up with potential and existing clients. • Handle international telemarketing and B2B calling activities. • Meet sales targets and maintain professional communication with clients. • Work under pressure while maintaining punctuality and professionalism. Requirements: • Minimum 2 years of experience in MCA (Merchant Cash Advance) chasing. • At least 2 years of previous telesales experience. • Experience in Call Center or International Call Center operations. • Fluency in English is mandatory. • Prior experience in international telemarketing is required. • Strong communication and cold-calling skills. • Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls. • Ability to work under pressure and maintain punctuality. • Applicants without telesales experience are requested not to apply. • Applicants without English fluency are requested not to apply.
