Educational Qualification • Graduate from any recognized institution Experience • 7–10 years of relevant experience • Experience in garments factory machinery maintenance will be preferred Key Responsibilities • Manage overall maintenance and mechanic department activities • Ensure smooth operation of sewing and production machinery • Monitor machine breakdown and arrange quick solutions • Plan preventive maintenance schedule • Supervise mechanic team and ensure proper task distribution • Coordinate with production and factory management • Maintain machine performance, safety, and efficiency • Ensure availability and proper use of machine spare parts • Follow company rules and management instructions Salary • Negotiable Other Benefits • As per company policy
