Job Responsibilities: • Identify and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults in factory machinery. • Resolve minor machine and technical issues promptly to ensure uninterrupted production. • Operate, monitor and maintain factory equipment efficiently. • Conduct regular machine inspections and preventive maintenance to avoid unexpected breakdowns. • Ensure machinery operation and maintenance comply with standard safety protocols. • Take quick and effective action to resolve technical problems during production. Educational Requirements: • B.Sc. or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed institution. Experience Requirements: • 2–5 years of relevant work experience. • Experience in manufacturing factories or similar environments. • Experience in Group of Companies, Manufacturing, Light Engineering and Heavy Industry will be preferred. Additional Requirements: • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and basic electrical troubleshooting. • Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints and schematic diagrams. • Strong problem-solving ability, presence of mind and quick decision-making skills. • Good operational and technical skills.
