Job Responsibilities: • Plan, supervise, and control all mechanical maintenance activities of the spinning mill. • Ensure smooth and uninterrupted operation of spinning machinery and utility equipment. • Lead preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance programs. • Develop preventive maintenance schedules for all production machinery. • Maintain blow room, carding, draw frame, combing, simplex, ring frame, Auto Cone, winding, and other spinning equipment. • Maintain mechanical utilities including compressors, boilers, pumps, cooling systems, HVAC, and water systems. • Analyze breakdowns, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions. • Minimize machine downtime and improve equipment reliability. • Prepare annual maintenance plans, shutdown schedules, spare-parts requirements, and maintenance budgets. • Manage and develop the mechanical maintenance team. • Coordinate with Production, Electrical, Utility, Quality, and other departments. • Maintain critical mechanical spare parts and consumables. • Ensure proper installation, commissioning, alignment, lubrication, and maintenance of machinery. • Maintain maintenance records, breakdown reports, machine history, and KPI reports. • Ensure compliance with factory safety rules and company maintenance procedures. • Coordinate with machine suppliers, contractors, and external service providers. • Implement energy-saving and efficiency-improvement initiatives. • Prepare and submit regular maintenance performance reports to the Managing Director (MD).
