Job Responsibilities: Promote and communicate information about medical and healthcare products to doctors, healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and relevant stakeholders. Develop and maintain professional relationships with doctors, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare institutions. Visit assigned healthcare professionals and institutions regularly as per the company’s field plan. Explain product features, benefits, usage, and relevant information accurately. Achieve assigned promotional and business targets. Collect market feedback, competitor information, and customer insights. Prepare and submit regular field visit and activity reports. Maintain accurate records of customer visits, interactions, and follow-ups. Coordinate with the internal team to support promotional campaigns and business activities. Follow company policies, ethical standards, and approved promotional guidelines. Perform other duties related to medical promotion and business development as assigned by management. Required Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good presentation and convincing abilities. Strong relationship-building and networking skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office and report preparation. Ability to work in a target-oriented environment. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory. Positive attitude, self-motivation, and willingness to learn. Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
