Job Responsibilities: • Handle daily communication with overseas buyers/buying houses independently, from managing inquiries and tech packs to securing final order approvals. • Execute seasonal developments, including fabric/trim sourcing, lab dips, strike-offs, and timely submission of all sample stages (Proto, Fit, SMS, PP). • Prepare competitive garment costings, process POs/PIs, manage Bill of Materials (BOM), and track Time & Action (T&A) calendars to ensure critical deadlines are met. • Coordinate closely with internal teams (CAD, Sample Room, Planning, Sourcing, and Factory Production) to ensure smooth material availability and line execution. • Monitor bulk production status, resolve technical bottlenecks, coordinate pre-production/quality inspections, and ensure 100% on-time shipment. Requirements: • Education: Honors / Masters • Experience: 2–5 years • Age: 26–35 years • Prior experience in the RMG sector will be considered an advantage. • Proficiency in advanced office applications is highly preferred.
