Job Summary: Bangladesh Hearing Care & Speech Therapy Center is looking for a proactive and organized Office Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily office operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our center. Key Responsibilities: • Manage daily office administrative tasks and workflow. • Coordinate office communications, including handling phone calls and emails. • Provide support in managing records and documentation. • Assist the management team with daily operational activities. • Maintain a professional and organized office environment. Qualifications & Requirements: • Education: Minimum HSC or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred). • Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred. • Skills: Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office) and good communication skills. • Traits: Organized, punctual, and capable of handling office tasks efficiently. • Proficiency: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
