Job Responsibilities: • Manage the CEO’s front desk and daily office schedule • Provide administrative and secretarial support to the CEO • Attend business meetings, corporate events, and official tours with the CEO • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements • Develop and maintain professional public relations on behalf of the CEO • Prepare reports, correspondence, and other official documents • Oversee general administrative activities and ensure smooth office operations • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders as required Experience: • Previous experience as an Office Secretary, Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role will be preferred Qualifications & Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in any discipline • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational and time management abilities • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and email communication • Must be willing to attend meetings, events, and official tours with the CEO • Professional appearance and modern, positive work attitude • Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism Benefits: • Company will provide access to a parlor, gym, and other facilities as required for business meetings, events, and official engagements • Career growth opportunities in a professional corporate environment
