Job Responsibilities: • Handle social and compliance audits and manage Corrective Action Plans (CAP). • Maintain compliance documentation and legal records. • Ensure compliance with the Bangladesh Labour Act 2006, Bangladesh Labour Rules 2015, and buyers' Codes of Conduct (COC). • Manage buyer and brand portals such as H&M, Inditex, SLCP, and Higg FEM. • Coordinate with internal teams and buyers regarding compliance requirements. Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree/Honours/Master's in any discipline from a recognized institution. • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in compliance. • Freshers are not eligible to apply. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Good computer proficiency. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple compliance tasks. • Knowledge of BSCI, SEDEX (SMETA), SLCP, HIGG FEM, GOTS, OCS, GRS, RCS, OEKO-TEX, Inditex Compliance Requirements, other international buyer compliance standards, and buyer handling capability will be given preference.
