Job Summary: We are looking for an Officer – IE to join our team. The candidate will assist in work study, process optimization, and data collection to ensure the efficiency of our woven garments and jacket production lines. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in work study and process optimization tasks. • Collect and analyze production data for SMV and capacity planning. • Support the IE team in daily productivity tracking. • Maintain organized records of production processes. Qualifications & Requirements: • Education: B.Sc. in Textile Engineering, IE, IPE, Apparel Manufacturing, or related discipline preferred. • Experience: 3–10 years of relevant experience in Industrial Engineering within the RMG industry. • Skills: Hands-on expertise in Woven Garments and Jacket Manufacturing. • Traits: Enthusiastic, fast learner, and detail-oriented.
