The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for the smooth running of our Early Intervention Centre. This includes managing front desk operations, coordinating administrative tasks, overseeing account summaries, and ensuring effective communication with parents, staff, and external partners. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proficient in Microsoft Office, and possess excellent communication skills. We are looking for someone with a positive and professional demeanor who thrives in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Front Desk Management:Greet clients, parents, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.Answer phone calls, emails, and messages via WhatsApp promptly and professionally.Schedule appointments, coordinate therapy sessions, and manage daily clinic operations.Administrative Support:Maintain accurate records of client information and therapy progress.Prepare and organize documents, reports, and correspondence as needed.Manage office supplies and ensure that administrative workflows are efficient.Financial and Account Management:Prepare and maintain monthly account summaries and financial records.Process payments and track outstanding fees.Assist with invoicing, receipts, and maintaining financial documentation.Communication:Serve as the primary point of contact for parents and clients.Communicate updates, appointments, and important information via email or WhatsApp.Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure all client-related needs are met.General Operations:Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.Manage the smooth day-to-day functioning of the centre, ensuring all staff and clients have what they need to succeed.Support staff with scheduling and general administrative assistance.Key Requirements:Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and general computer skills.Fluency in English, both written and spoken.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and courteous approach.Exceptional organizationa
