Position: Operations Executive / Logistics Operations Executive Department: Operations / Logistics Job Location: Muktobangla Shopping Complex, Mirpur 1, Dhaka Employment Type: Full-Time Job Responsibilities • Manage daily booking, collection, and logistics operations. • Lead day-to-day collection and logistics activities. • Plan zone-wise routes, pickup schedules, and date/time slots. • Build and manage a scalable zone-based operational system. • Manage Rider/Verifier and Pickup Driver network. • Coordinate hub/warehouse receiving and final weight verification. • Monitor the full workflow from Partner → Pickup → Warehouse → Buyer. • Track rider performance, availability, and commission activities. • Handle operational complaints, delays, and emergency issues. • Coordinate with Marketing, Warehouse, Finance, and Business Development teams. • Monitor operational KPIs and prepare daily/weekly reports. • Develop SOPs and improve operational efficiency. • Maintain weight, transaction, delivery, and operational records. • Support CleanBDX expansion into new zones. Requirements • Experience in logistics, courier, e-commerce, warehouse, or field operations will be preferred. • Strong route planning, team coordination, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to manage riders, verifiers, and pickup drivers. • Must be organized, responsible, proactive, and able to work under pressure. • Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills are required.
