Job Responsibilities Assist teachers with daily classroom activities and support the smooth operation of the school. Help maintain a disciplined, organized, and child-friendly learning environment. Support students during classroom activities and assist them in following teachers' instructions. Help prepare and organize educational materials, including digital learning resources. Assist with students' daily routines and classroom arrangements. Support the implementation of the school's learning activities and educational programs. Help maintain cleanliness, organization, and a comfortable classroom environment. Coordinate with teachers and school staff to ensure students receive proper attention and support. Assist in monitoring students' participation and behavior during learning activities. Perform other school-related duties assigned by the school authority. Educational Requirements Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or Alim. Candidates should have an interest in working in an educational institution and supporting children's learning. Important Employment Condition Candidates currently enrolled as students in any educational institution are not eligible to apply. Salary and Benefits Monthly Salary: BDT 8,000. Other benefits, if any, will be determined by the school authority.
