Job Responsibilities: • Install, inspect, maintain, and repair water supply pipes, drainage systems, and plumbing fixtures. • Maintain kitchen sinks, faucets, taps, washbasins, toilets, floor drains, and sanitary fittings. • Identify and repair water leakage, blocked drains, damaged pipes, and faulty connections. • Maintain plumbing systems in restaurant kitchens, wash areas, staff facilities, and customer washrooms. • Check water pressure, drainage flow, valves, and pipe connections. • Conduct routine inspections and report maintenance issues. • Assist with plumbing work during new outlet construction, renovation, and expansion projects. • Coordinate with the Engineering & Maintenance team and outlet managers. • Maintain plumbing tools, equipment, and spare parts. • Follow safety procedures and ensure cleanliness after maintenance work. • Prepare maintenance reports and respond promptly to emergency plumbing issues. Department: Engineering & Maintenance Employment Type: Full-Time Educational Qualification: • Minimum SSC or equivalent. • Technical or vocational training in plumbing will be an advantage. Experience: • 2–3 years of relevant practical experience preferred. • Experience in commercial kitchens, restaurants, hotels, or building maintenance will be an advantage. Requirements: • Practical knowledge of plumbing installation, repair, water supply, and drainage systems. • Ability to identify and troubleshoot plumbing problems. • Knowledge of plumbing tools, pipe fittings, and valves. • Basic knowledge of water pumps and supply systems. • Honest, punctual, responsible, and disciplined. • Ability to work independently and in a team. • Willingness to travel to different outlets and project locations.
